      Pros

      Amazing company who takes care of their employees. The non-cattiest environment I've ever worked in. Very friendly and approachable management. Rewarding sales incentives. Lots of gratis! Hard works pays off, lots of room to grow within the company and hard work always never goes unnoticed.

      Cons

      Not many cons, other than mall hours and working weekends. Oh well!

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
