Pros

Free full sized items to try at home. Some staff were nice to work with. Good incentives.

Cons

Worst management, They had a full changeover of casual staff in under a year. If you have such a high turnover of staff. Maybe look into your Toxic management, watching the cameras while they sit and eat in the office. Won’t help out when we are busy. It shocks me. Managers Talking bad on higher management. Secret group chats.

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!

Hours vary based on the time of the year.
