      Low stress No micromanagement Some employees are okay, some are nice people Okay location

      Cons

      No processes No culture Dark and dingy office No atmosphere in office but senior management seem to dislike employees wfh Everyone does their own thing, no real help/training Extremely boring

      Thank you for your feedback. Since pandemic restrictions have eased, we have adopted a hybrid working model in all of our offices. Regarding your comments about training, we are currently in the process of delivering a number of additional new training initiatives, both job-based and also to equip staff with the business skills to further their careers.

      Pros

      The people. A great friendly atmosphere. People work hard but everyone is generally very respectful. The culture. Lots of social activities for staff, inclusive environment and great wellbeing/health other benefits. Interesting customers and projects to be involved with.

      Cons

      Only leaving as I'm moving countries. Would be great if they could expand in Europe.
