Thank you for your feedback. Since pandemic restrictions have eased, we have adopted a hybrid working model in all of our offices. Regarding your comments about training, we are currently in the process of delivering a number of additional new training initiatives, both job-based and also to equip staff with the business skills to further their careers.

We are shocked to read these accusations levelled exclusively at HR, which anyone in the company would know is an extremely small team and is not responsible for determining progression, salary levels or career goals. Those areas are the responsibility of line managers and the senior management team. We have many colleagues who have built their careers at SWG and have benefitted from regular salary increases, even during the pandemic whilst other companies were scaling back. We can only conclude sadly that this seems to be a targeted attack on HR driven by personal issues unrelated to the company. Its disappointing for members of the HR team to be unfairly singled out with such unfounded accusations and HR continues to have the support of myself and the senior management team.
