The commission scheme is designed to place the risk on the salesperson . The salesperson gets paid upto 2 months AFTER the funds have reached SWG's bank account. The reality is you can wait well over a year to be paid on something you sold for reasons totally out of your hands - slow implementation, poor implementation etc. Worse still, if you ever leave the company you lose any entitlement to the commission you have earned which given the policy on cleared funds you will always be on the back foot. This is not industry-standard - coupled with below-market salaries this is not an organisation where you can earn well.
