Pros
-Good location -Good entry job if you are 18 years old and still staying at home with your parents. I have met some extremely talented and resourceful people during my stay there, unfortunately for the company these people have left.
Cons
All the cons about this bluff company has already been written over and over again. -Management are made up by people who doesn't know how to lead, bullying people out in the open. A lot of them are completely incompetent and have no insight of the renewal business or know how to structure. Failures are blamed on the reps despite extremely poor management. -Company structures and way of doing business changes too often. -Micromanagement makes it impossible to actually do any real work. -Target are set but can be changed any given day of the quarter. - You can't take Christmas off which is off no bother for management as most off them are Irish and get to spend the holidays with their families. -You can't plan anything for bank holidays as management can decide with a couple of days notice that you have to work, which doesn't seem to apply to them. -Promotions are promised and outlined but then declined due to "lack of money" . Instead they keep on taking in new reps with no experience and lacking necessary skills for to save money. Higher management on the other hand are getting promoted frequently. And their best friends. This company went from being a serious Renewal business to a Telesales call centre. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who cares or are serious about their career.
