Pros
Smaller big pharma, where you get to know all the employees from head office and have the feeling of being part of a large family. Lots of interaction in between all levels (vertical integration) where feedback is constantly asked for adjustments.
Cons
When feedback is not in line with what head office has planned, it leaves a negative mark, even when you come up with a solution. Micromanagement where your work is being analyzed to the smallest details to make sure it is in line once again with what corporate has planned as a strategy, even when showing results. End results, employees work hard, but have to put a mask to show what head office wants, but works in a different manner in order to show results.
