Pros
Good pay, good products, good sales team.
Cons
Budget is too high and almost impossible to reach, as well as variable compensation. A lot of pressure top-down and you can see that people are generally unhappy and not motivated, with the company culture. Sales people have to memorize the sales speech, and use it with customers (MD's). No career evolution at all.
