      my manager was amazing, had faith in us and believed in everyone on the team. was supportive and celebrated wins. the team was also awesome- great culture

      was a relatively large company so there wasnt a lot of room for flexibility or modifications or new ideas. everything was already set in stone. a lot of rules and processes
