None, none whatsoever, except visa sponsorship, which you pay for(indirectly).
Cons
They hire you initially as an "Intern", what they're really doing is taking a larger cut from your paycheck for the first six months so they can cover your H1b filing fee. They only pay 50% health insurance coverage for the employee, none for dependents. They only hire people requiring sponsorship so they can abuse them. No paid vacation, no sick leave, not even for federal holidays. Pay is low to begin with, there are no pay increases . They sent an email asking employees to put good reviews on Glassdoor. Most of the 4 and 5-star reviews here are solicited. Hire People who need visas and suck their blood.
