Bullies at work - Anonymous employee Shadowfax Technologies Employee Review

This company is founded by a wing of IIT-Delhi kids, who run it like a family/friend circle business. People who belong to that group or pleases that group gets something out of this company, but otherwise it is very difficult to work. It is rather kiddish. They behave like a bunch of spoiled brats more rather than C-level officers. Clearly, their lack of experience in managing and running a company shows in the way they work and the way they communicate. Probably, they started too early with a good idea. Thats all. If you are looking to please a bunch of spoiled kids and advance in your career. Good luck.
