Pros
I got to learn a lot, you actually feel the “entrepreneur “ culture that they motivate everyone to take their own decisions and own up for their projects while handholding without disrupting our own self-confidence. The leadership is immensely mindful of the people.
Cons
Not a con but while laying off some of the people it garnered negative comments but that’s the case with any business, once the business evolves, they cannot fuel a branch that’s not evolved. They tried to place people in different teams but still a lot of people had to be laid off. Not much of a con, more of a common thing across industries
