Good people work here, at least in the units I have been in. Coworkers are helpful.
Cons
Sharp organization as a whole doesn't do much to make nurses feel appreciated. Pay for San Diego should be better. A lot of money wasted on things that don't benefits patients or staff (aka All Staff Assembly)
