      - Lower wages compared to other healthcare facilities - Seniority based department making it difficult to advance career and make changes to work schedule. Requests not affected by prior work experience or specialty, only by years of service.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
