Pros

The staff are really supportive of each other, there isn’t any petty theft between employees and the gossiping is minimal and voluntary.

Cons

Terrible leadership when there is leadership at all! The vast majority of my time there we had nobody to fill the roll of leader or manager and the way they disseminate information is not effective. The focus is fully on the bottom line which seems unnecessary for a non profit. Also there are no alternative workflows for people with atypical executive functioning, they just keep trying to pound a round peg into a square hole until something breaks. It’s a real waste of creativity and nuanced approaches to problem solving/out of the box, thinking that’s being squandered or worse making people feel persecuted and targeted When it’s actually in these attributes that make the employee able to meet the patient where they are. And the charting has tripled in the past 10 years, and it’s redundant and the employees are poorly informed Because there’s been so many changes and there’s really no feedback which results in a wide range of quality charting and lack there of it’s a very CYA approach with an emphasis on completing whatever charting Needs to be done, but at least putting something in the box to show that you acknowledged it But there’s a huge generational gap driving the church in Konton. What does he need to hunt in packs contributing minimally and those who type really well over contributing.

Pros

Wonderful work environment and coworkers

Cons

I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
