Pros

Having spent over eight years at Sharp & Carter and progressed from Graduate Consultant through to Partner, I've experienced firsthand the growth and development opportunities the business provides. My time with the company has been incredibly rewarding, enjoyable, and fulfilling, both professionally and personally. What has kept me here for so long is the combination of supportive leadership, a genuinely positive culture, the variety in my work, and an enjoyable environment where hard work is recognised and rewarded with ongoing opportunities for growth and career progression. The culture is one of the company's greatest strengths. There is a strong focus on collaboration, integrity, and building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. While everyone is driven to perform at a high level, there is also a genuine willingness to support one another and celebrate success as a team. As the business has grown, I've had the opportunity to take on new challenges, develop my leadership skills, and contribute to the success and development of others, which has made my career here particularly rewarding. For anyone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment with a company that genuinely values its people, encourages growth, and provides a platform to succeed, I would highly recommend Sharp & Carter.

Cons

As the business continues to grow, processes and structures sometimes need to evolve quickly, requiring adaptability and flexibility from employees. As with any organisation, not everyone is comfortable with change at the same pace.

Pros

I started at S&C as a Graduate back in 2019 and grew with the business to a Manager, It was a pleasure to be within an organisation that is still today a supportive, flexible and generous environment where they treat their employees as humans and not a number. Management listened to their team and ensured to build a relationship based culture where everyday coming to work was fun and employees were rewarded and recognised for their hard work through commission and team (as well as wider business) incentives.

Cons

As the business grew by hiring new members, the commission structure (or how splits were viewed) did increase the number of conversations to be had. However, this never affected the culture of the business.
