Cons

Absolute shambles of a culture. Drugs alcohol and enormous egos make it extremely difficult to enjoy it there. On one occasion employee urinated on a sleeping colleague.... with no consequences.

Some good people, I like my colleagues and the office environment / fit out is impressive.

Cons

Race to the bottom on price. We undercut competition and I’m over that. The leadership is questionable. One owner caught dipping his wick in the company ink and fired. The other promoting he takes drugs

Started out great, but super clicky environment with no diversity. Totally destroyed my mental health.

Not much room for growth and development My role was changed without consultation, I was given no support for the transition and I was belittled when I asked "too many questions" Management did not listen until I quit how bad I was feeling and how much the role had diminished my mental health The first incentive trip I went on it was really hard to connect with people because everyone was very clicky and unwelcoming to new starters Almost no diversity, those that were of a different ethnicity to white Australians usually resigned after a few months
