      Good development opportunities Good internal network / forums to build Flexible with appointments/ most health needs. Good benefits. Mostly supportive management.

      Cons

      Target driven - targets not issue but in contract winddown can be unrealistic with lack of support. Poor wind down / contract cut handling. Also - some office politics
