This company is misclassifying its Shiftsmart workers as Independent Contractors and is currently being sued in California. The company made $95 million in profit last year because they did not pay overtime, employment taxes, workers comp dues, and social security taxes. THEY DO NOT ALLOW ANY WORKERS TO CONTACT A REAL PERSON WHEN SHIFT ISSUES OCCUR.

Great company to work with. I was able to use their app to be able to pick out shifts for the different positions that were available in the app.

Sometimes there would be issues at the stores with the shifts that are taken.
