Your peers are great people. They are the ones running this place, being taken advantage of, and without formal recognition.
Cons
Nepotism and incompetence go hand in hand at Sr management level and is protected no matter what by the higher level. Multiple layers of "leadership" with no purpose in place while the ground force gets burnout. Useless meetings all for a show. Funny how sobriety before the job is done needs to be emphasized as a standard for performance requirement.
