      Pros

      - wfh is flexible - manager is very nice, always checking in on my wellbeing time to time - work was quite meaningful, learnt quite a lot despite being just an intern

      Cons

      pros mostly dependent on department, i heard some departments were not very inclusive and welcoming towards interns. but i had an amazing time

      Collaborative team at the IC level Nice product perks and gratis Decent long-term stable company

      Cons

      Mid-level management feels stifled by ED and VPs who've been there for 10+ years without change and don't use modern leadership technique or philosophy. Unwilling to change their antiquated ways despite asks from Executives to modernize. Unclear leadership directives.
