Pros
1. Learning opportunities at Shohoz being a startup has been benefited me throughout my career. 2. It’s an intense experience, so I inevitably become more proactive and ambitious outside of work too. 3. Can think constantly about how to improve things, be more aware of problems and how to solve them, and become more open to new cultures and ways of thinking. As a result, I also learn to love challenges and even look for them. 4. A flexible, innovative, and agile work culture. 5. Working with Shohoz has increased new and innovative ways of thinking. 6. Great talented leadership team and empathetic & visionary management has been attracted my attention. 7. On time monthly salary disbursement which very less startup does.
Cons
1. Being a startup, Shohoz can think about employee's morale boost and motivated them by arranging subsidized meal and other small initiatives (i.e, initially can introduce PF& GF, leave encashment, transport facilities). 2. Work life can be slightly balanced though being a startup it's difficult with pace and fast moving decision.
