Pros

Only pro I see is the salary package.

Cons

No company benefits whatsoever. They had an insurance policy with GP's Tonic but that was cancelled. Provided employee coupons for ride and food service but that too got pulled off. No leave encashments No carrier growth. They will ask to to apply for promotion but they will promote you to a grade lower then what you applied for. Members of the HR team suck big time except one guy Adnan. He really knows to handle people and how to treat them with respect apart from him none are good. Tech based company needs tech based HR but MNC or garments based. Management team doesn't know what they are doing. No proper business model. Its solely relies on investors, but MD/CEO needs to justify and show proper plans to the investors so that they can see their decision is making a wrong impact on the company. No employee caring policy. You want to leave? Just leave. No negotiation whatsoever. No lunch facility. No space for prayer Exit process is very lousy.

Pros

Good , Friendly Colleagues good team bonding

Cons

Shohoz has a toxic work culture. Management is disorganized, setting unrealistic deadlines that cause constant stress and burnout. Salaries are delayed, and they deduct 25% at joining but make excuses to avoid repayment upon resignation. No overtime allowance, no timely salary increments, and zero appreciation for hard work. Team politics, a poor HR department, and excessive workload leave no room for work-life balance. Not a place to grow—stay away.

Pros

Good Location (has affordable vendors for lunch right across the street) Workplace had a very friendly atmosphere before the mass downsizing

Cons

No salary scale No work-life balance No job security No WiFi, weak WLAN No lunch/snack facility (a single coffee machine exists for all 150+ employees) Management does not pay attention to HR best practice No benefits (health/medical) No proper prayer room or cafeteria (A shed, that turns into a large oven during summer, has been set up on the roof top with chairs laid out to fit 20-30 people, some prayer mats are also available at a corner)
