Pros
They would not fire me because they were so desperate to keep people answering the phones. Holiday party is only for those lucky enough to have a M-F 9-5 hours, management. For those who work off hours, you're out of luck. But on holidays, you will get a potluck style holiday meal to shove down cold/ or microwaved on your 30 minute lunch break, so consider your self lucky. Opportunity to make extra cash.....fluctuating raises are based strictly on performance. If you can sit with head phones for 9-10 hours at a time, or come in on your day off, you're easily approved for over time. LOL
Cons
No permanent raises, base pay of $9.50 and they expect skills for that. No holiday bonus, no work life balance for full time employees. No understanding of a healthy work environment, no properly functioning computer program/ system essential to the job function. No job description. Increased rules and expectations for work performance and quotas. No firm policy on anything involving work environment. Company direction can change on a dime with no warning, you have to keep up. Fly by the seat of your pants when dealing with customers because training is irrelevant and sub par, and so is the website. And did I mention the nepotism?
