If i think of one, i'll update this. The 5 months i worked for this company was nothing short of the worst working experience i'v ever had. Completely miserable.

Where to begin, I was hired as management, i was literally instructed to treat my team 'Like i was Gordon Ramsay' The CEO has a minion that is a giant tattletale, and loves to start drama on the production floor, the CEO literally encourages this behavior, he asks this manager to walk around eavesdropping on employees and report back to him. He is also former military, and thinks that everyone in the private sector can be treated as such. He acts like a misguided little drill instructor. He, and 99% of the management staff have absolutely ZERO clue about lean manufacturing processes, nor are they interested in anything other than status quo. I was in a managers meeting after only being there a month, and another manager had brought up a concern about making people work mandatory OT for the 4th straight week and burning them out, his response was (and i quote) "Who cares, these people are cattle, they are all easily replaced. This is Citrus county, these rednecks have nowhere else to go work" These are just 2 examples. I will also completely agree with all the other posted reviews. Steer clear!! You'd be better off working at McDonald's.
