      Pros

      Working at Seige Management Group has been very rewarding. The opportunities for advancement come very quickly and the management team is very supportive! I have been taught by great leaders and I am learning more each day.

      Cons

      It is a very fast-paced environment (which I was not ready for) but i adapted to it as quickly as I could.

      Great friendly, competitive, team oriented atmosphere! I have fun working there every day and I enjoy the people I work with! Every day is a new challenge and it's exciting to work in a company where I can see myself improving and gaining new skills daily.

      Cons

      Not for people who can't handled being challenged.
