Pros

People are nice, work is challenging sometimes which is good, it's really good that someone(chris?) is actually replying to this reviews which shows that they care

Cons

1. Working 10 - 12 hours is the norm ,it really takes a great toll on the personal life as you have no time left. 2. It's a really a rare thing that one will take approved leave in here, too many questions gets asked if you are going to take one. 3. Technology used is really old, one needs to take extra time from their daily schedule which usually isn't there to keep up with the latest technology

Pros

Flexible work hours and ample time off. This is a company that has done its best to drive financial performance and keep its workforce through COVID and now the latest geopolitical headwinds. I really like the people I work with, and what we're able to produce.

Cons

Like any job there can periods of high stress and pressure. But it does feel like management is trying in earnest to steer the ship in a way that works out best for employees.

Pros

Work from home can be nice

Cons

Rolling layoffs framed as reorganization all while pushing AI usage. No professional development opportunities - C-Suite is incredibly out of touch and it would serve the company well if they reevaluated their priorities and made the generous call of stepping away from the company and people they do not care about. If you are in a higher paying country, you are in danger.
