Pros

There are some genuinely good people that work here. People that genuinely care about the people they serve however this at times is overshadowed by the almighty dollar.

Cons

The CEO is a narcissistic, egotistical person that uses his brilliance to try and brainwash the organization into thinking like him. Hypocrisy and financial mismanagement have lead this company into the ground and unable to pay its debtors. Do yourself a favor and go work for a company that isn't lead by a lunatic.
