Very bad management, no eye for employees, only those who follow the exact steps they are told to follow. This has never been this way and because of this, the good people are leaving fast, young puppets with no personal input(because they are told what to do) are the only ones staying.

Cons
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
