      Great benefits for all employees (medical, education assistance, etc.)

      Cons

      Career growth stagnates as most senior roles go to EU employees (in Europe and US), career progression would require you leave and come back. Pay isn't competitive with other US employers.

      My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

      Cons

      Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
