Channel sales - Sales Specialist Signify Employee Review

Poor management. Just concerned about number no matter you have to die for it. Team handling was there but no idea about there allowances. If you take any decision about good for the company, it's on your head you are left alone to face them. While leaving the company one of the distributer mailed to HR and my manager to stop my full and final as he not received the payment one of the retailer and without any notification to me my manager and HR approved it and only came to know when I called the HR of the company. Rest there are many things that I cannot disclose.
