Spent over 30 years at Philips/Signify without ever really needing to leave. The culture fostered is around teamwork and collaboration to improve overall end to end processes. Because of that, I was constantly exposed to co-workers, management and processes in other departments. This provided ample opportunities to move around in the organization and stay interested and impactful.
Cons
As with most organizations living through Covid times, global supply chain challenges make pleasing the customers more difficult.

My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market
Cons
Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
