Pros

I have been working at SimpliRoofing for awhile now and have had a great experience. The owner has done a great job making sure that my customers have been taken care of and the jobs have been completed and closed out in a timely fashion. The pay split of 60% to the rep / 40% to the company is awesome.

Cons

I wish I would have started here first.

Pros

They advertise on Atlanta Channel 11 Alive & They have a TON of opportunity to correct their mistakes and grow. They entice young Sales people with an invisible 60% commission structure.

Cons

This company is the epitome of everything wrong with the Construction/Roofing industry. The entry barrier to become a "roofing company" is almost non-existent which causes the industry to be filled with unprofessionalism. In my short time with SimpliRoofing here is what I witnessed on more than 5 occasions: - Refusing to pay their employees. - Classifying their Sales Staff as Independent Contractors, but treating as Employees unlawfully. Not paying the Sales Staff on time and delaying payment indefinitely. - Their suppliers routinely placed their accounts on hold. Lack of payment. - The roofs installed were installed OPPOSITE of manufacturer's guidelines causing homeowners to be out of warranty...without notifying homeowners. - Routinely require 50% deposit on scheduled homeowner installs, then delay the install by up to 6 weeks. - Use the language "I don't care it the roof is damaged, just sell it". - Not paying their roofing crews that installed the roof until crews threatened to placed liens on homeowners properties also causing poor installation. - There's so much more to list, just do your homework please.

Pros

Decent logo and decent name.

Cons

Ah where to start.... -They treat you like an employee with "mandatory meetings, working hours, ect. -Tom and Ryan rarely answer the phone when you are trying to generate business and need their input - They don't pay the crews leading to homeowners having liens placed on their homes -They do not use any sort of accurate scheduling and take months to complete a job -They lie about communicating with homeowners and will not return customers calls -They take insurance checks up front before work is completed then do not complete the build -They promise you 60% commission and do not pay you a dime -If a roof does get completed, it takes over 2 days to be finished -They 'partnered" with 11Alive news. 11Alive news has never heard of this company -Did I mention you will not be paid any commission for jobs you sell?
