      SimpliRoofing is the definition of a scam. Tom Bouhan is a con artist.

      Pros

      The only pro of working for Tom Bouhan at SimpliRoofing is learning what it’s like to work for a con artist. If you want to learn how not to do business, get a job with Tom.

      Cons

      The owner of this company is a professional con artist. He does not pay his sales reps, his crews, or even his suppliers. Many homeowners receive liens because of this. Takes months for a job to get scheduled and actually built. Tom Bouhan has scammed myself and fellow employees out of thousands of dollars. SimpliRoofing is the epitome of a scam.

      Decent logo and decent name.

      Cons

      Ah where to start.... -They treat you like an employee with "mandatory meetings, working hours, ect. -Tom and Ryan rarely answer the phone when you are trying to generate business and need their input - They don't pay the crews leading to homeowners having liens placed on their homes -They do not use any sort of accurate scheduling and take months to complete a job -They lie about communicating with homeowners and will not return customers calls -They take insurance checks up front before work is completed then do not complete the build -They promise you 60% commission and do not pay you a dime -If a roof does get completed, it takes over 2 days to be finished -They 'partnered" with 11Alive news. 11Alive news has never heard of this company -Did I mention you will not be paid any commission for jobs you sell?

      Pros

      I have been working at SimpliRoofing for awhile now and have had a great experience. The owner has done a great job making sure that my customers have been taken care of and the jobs have been completed and closed out in a timely fashion. The pay split of 60% to the rep / 40% to the company is awesome.

      Cons

      I wish I would have started here first.
