      Pros

      Fantastic Colleagues. Really good way to learn more about stepping into leadership roles.

      Cons

      Pay can be slightly better. There is constantly staff turnover at times, especially those who opt to leave the aviation industry to move on to different career paths. Staff travel benefits can also use some improvement.
