- unrealistic budgets - required to work 100 hrs per week and charge 40 hrs. - you will get fired if you charge your actual hours - they pay overtime but if you claim it you bvb will be fired. - management is pro Trump - an atmosphere that discriminates against people of color and women - no minorities in management - partners to busy working out forgoing fishing
