Pros

Nice people, nice pay, and a decent amount of communication from CEO. They think they're going to get an IPO.

Cons

People are leaving the company in droves. Especially in Marketing! Look at the employees on LinkedIn and you will see a huge decline in folks over the last few months. Don't take a job here, I worked 12+ hours a day because Marketing had me in meetings almost all day long and I had to find time to do real work. I knew it would be impossible to ever take a vacation (and with covid restrictions lifting, I wanted to take one!) Management not having any direction from the executives created a lot of changing priorities. This leaves you not knowing what priorities you should be working on. It made my head spin and gave me horrible anxiety. This company doesn't have a defined mission statement, business objectives, or goals. Goals are powerful—they need to set some to help employees focus attention on achieving desirable outcomes. They need to set business goals to provide the company direction and help provide motivation. It's business 101. Specific, measurable, achievable, and timely goals... without those, employees will suffer. Of course, unless you are a part of the good ol' boys club that other reviews have mentioned.

Pros

Great coworkers, collaborative culture, and a supportive team environment. I had the opportunity to work with talented people across sales, engineering, and leadership who were always willing to help. The company offers strong learning opportunities, especially for those interested in technology and

Cons

Focus on creating a culture where employees feel respected, supported, and valued. Take employee feedback seriously and hold managers and team leads accountable for how they interact with their teams. When employees raise concerns or ask for support, ensure those issues are addressed with meaningful action rather than being overlooked. Better communication, transparency, and leadership accountability would help build trust, improve morale, and strengthen employee retention.
