Saturday working, only 1 client, not much learning, growth is stuck

Thanks for the positive feedback but we are a little confused over 2 of the comments - the first around Saturday working and the second about the 1 client?? We don't work Saturdays and have hundreds of clients so if you have the time to expand on your comment we'd really appreciate it :)

Fun activities and incentives can make the job more interesting

Cons

Cliché working environment, the CEO was not encouraging and made you feel like another cog in the recruitment machine. Director of the team did his best to make it a nicer working environment
