I had the opportunity to work with the company for around 35 days. At first, I was optimistic about the work environment and culture. However, after the initial days, I began to notice some challenges that are important to highlight for the benefit of others. Upon joining, I was immediately assigned to three different projects without a clear on boarding process or guidance. In most IT organizations, it is standard practice to assign a buddy or mentor to help new team members get oriented and understand project workflows. Unfortunately, that support structure was missing, which made it difficult to navigate the responsibilities effectively. I also noticed a high turnover rate, with many employees leaving within a month of joining. This naturally raised concerns about long-term stability and employee satisfaction. Additionally, I personally incurred expenses for a client visit based on the assurance of reimbursement. Despite following up, I have not yet received the promised reimbursement. With over 14 years of experience in the IT industry, I value transparency, professionalism, and structured processes. In my view, this organization functions more like an intermediary rather than a full-fledged IT consulting firm. Key elements such as vendor management and standardized procedures appear to be lacking. I encourage anyone considering an offer from this company to take the time to verify the details and ask the right questions to ensure alignment with their expectations and career goals.
