Pros
The team that you join makes a big difference on what your experience will be like. Met and worked with some great people that were smart, hard working, and fun. A pro and con….In many ways the company shows that it values it’s employees like in their annual retreats, swag, holiday parties, etc., but in other ways like 401k matching (though now 6%), ensuring employees are set up for success, better cross team alignment, professional growth (depending on your manager), HR support, diversity for non-technical roles, etc. could use more attention.
Cons
Some leaders and managers are part of the ‘good ole boys club’ and are in positions that they have no experience or knowledge of. There are no exit interviews. Lack of diversity in non-technical roles. While the Company has received many recruitment type awards (i.e Best Place to Work type awards, Diversity and Inclusion), but employees are required and told how to respond to the surveys for these awards.
