The curation management has put into making sure the right staff is hired, and that team members can work well together is outstanding - it has contributed to the growing success of the company; we go out on happy hours at least once every 5 weeks to team build and continue to get to know one another so that work feels like a "family" environment. There is the option to work from home 2x a week, which is helpful if you need a slightly more flexible schedule. As long as you get your work done and average 8 hours a day M - F you are good. Also a great payment structure that gets you more money than the base salary you're hired on.
