I've really enjoyed my time at Smart Connect. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, which makes coming to work a lot more fun. My manager and the HOD are amazing mentors – they've taught me so much about work and life in general. I always get my salary on time, which is a huge plus!"
Cons
Occasionally, I have to work from home on Saturdays. Sometimes the workload can get a bit overwhelming with too many projects happening simultaneously.
