Pros
Work remotely, no micro management but excellent support when needed. Management is open and supportive to new ideas. The end result is what matters, not the metrics to get there.
Cons
Relatively few cons. Normal challenges of a staffing organization including some difficulty in engaging recruiters and occassional challenges with payroll.
