      Thanks for your feedback I appreciate your taking the time - though these comments may not be fact based. You will agree that as we do have a probationary period and do review performance at the end of 6 months and in cases where there are gaps, action is required to be taken.

      They are a very personal company that doesn't treat you like a number, so far I have a had a great introduction to the company.
