My 1 year with the company.. - Human Resources Manager Smarten Spaces Employee Review

Lack of transparency and an innate lack of trust in its own people mainly by the leadership - perhaps egged on by the pandemic and the limited physical interaction and rapport building owing to that. As an HR resource I did feel I had the responsibility of providing support as also a feel good to the employees out there but struggled often in the lack of the same for myself. May sound petty but having remembered most birthdays would have given my right arm for having my birthday remembered :). Unforgiving long hours made worse by a sense of not being valued.
