Manager:- Company should look for manager who has in depth knowledge of this field. As now manager is not able to manage the team. Communication of manager is very rude. Work allocation among the team is big challenge for manager which manager usually avoid untill conflict arise. Manager always running away from solving any conflict in team. If you raise any concern related to team/salary/leave mostly chances are there you wont get any solution. For HR/company related concerns when you raise it to manager even manager reply you "if your issue get resolve do let me know, i am also facing the same" HR:- Do not forget to get your offer letter before joining. Usually they send you mail with your CTC in mail body only and tell that they will give you offer letter once you join but after joining you have to run behind them to get offer letter and it takes months to get it officially on mail and hard copy. For any work/help you will never get reply from HR in one shot even they dont reply within timeline which they only shared. You have to keep on sending reminder to get simple thing done. Its hard to get any work done from HR. Organization :- Not employee friendly. Behavior of customer support is very bad and if you raise same to upper management they are not bothered about it not sure why they dont want to look into it after complaint from many employees During your joining they say 5 days working but any time they will ask you to work six days in a week without any compensation. They will ask you to work even on Public Holiday without giving any extra compensation for working on public holiday. Manager will ask you to join meeting even on your week off day or even after/before your shift. Company not depositing PF on time with multiple excuse like issue with PF dept, fund issue etc etc but same they are deducting from salary without fail. Even salaries are getting delayed without any timeline or notification. Forget about yearly appraisal. Benefits I must say when it comes to employee benefit this is not good company because of reasons which I already mentioned under organization.
