Pros

- Relaxed attire - Great snacks - Young employees - Office location

Cons

- No 401K - Lack of support/mentorship - 1st time CEO with unclear company roadmap, growth, and expectations - In-experienced managers - Re-active, not pro-active - Weak overall company/product direction - Pivots on company offerings weekly - Lures candidates in with "unlimited" vacation policy, yet once hired employees don't take time off as they are looked down upon for taking much-needed breaks - When on vacation, you are never fully disconnected - Expected to basically be on call and responsive 100% - Product/Engineering teams are looked at as the prized possessions - CEO has expressed that commercial/client services teams are inferior and if they wanted respect they should have become engineers - Lack of honesty - No maternity policy - Toxic culture - Culture is to work until the point of complete burnout, frustration, and illness - Unclear definition of roles, responsibilities and "swim lanes" - Refers to itself as a SaaS business, but operates as a creative agency

Pros

Great work environment, surrounded by supportive people who love the company. Everyone works hard, but we also get to have fun as a company with many exciting things going on inside of the office and at offsite locations. Open environment that encourages employees to tap into their creative side. Ability to learn and grow with the company. Option to get involved in other projects outside of your specific role. Weekly meeting for all employees to connect on what is going on within the company across all teams. Interview process was engaging, got to meet with different members of the team and participate in a strategy meeting with the CEO.

Cons

Hard work, but it pays off!
