      Short hours so able to leave work ASAP

      If a job where you are treated badly and made to feel anxious with sleepless nights is your bag then go for it! - "Work is our lives here" was shouted at me during a meeting - "everyone is replaceable" is another sentence that was thrown around. Freelancers are treated badly and with little respect. - The office environment is also extremely toxic. - Not able to wfh for any reason either

      Pros

      Freelance contracts only, so can in theory work where you want.

      Cons

      advertised as paid within 24 hours of invoicing, never happens. More like will pay within a week if you're lucky. Pay is always wrong. Managers don't have a clue on what happens on accounts. Can be asked to log out of a scheduled shift early if they decide they don't need you on after all.

      Flexible hours, some cool clients to work on

      hours can drop at any notice, quick turn around of schedules, people can take a while to reply at times.
