Pros
I have worked with SocioLocal for over a year now and have found it an incredible place to work throughout my time so far. The ethos and vision for the company is carried by all of the team throughout each department and make it a pleasure to come into work everyday. Management are both encouraging and approachable and if you wish to be heard on an idea no matter how big or small, and you are given the opportunity to do so. Rarely have I encountered such a collaboration amongst all levels of staff. Everyone works hard to the goals outlined and all progression routes are open based on merit and not tenure. For anyone who truly wants to learn , have their contribution valued and progress quickly, I can't recommend SocioLocal enough.
