Management works hard at maintaining a culture that is warm, flexible and open. They offer great extended benefits such as flexible HSA, work from home benefits, and L&D. They are committed to their employees and stand by their values every day. They work hard at trying to ensure their employees are happy. Flexible work from home arrangements is a bonus.
Cons
As a company who have faced some difficult challenges over the years, they need to work on layering of career development and salary expectations from valued employees, to help retain staff.
